MortgagePro does not require user registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. We do not ask for your income, debts, or any other figure you type into a calculator.

We and our third-party providers collect limited, mostly anonymous usage data through:

  • Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising (Google AdSense)
  • Aggregate data about page views, approximate location (country/region level), device type, and referral source
  • Information you send us voluntarily, such as the contents of an email to hello@mortgagepro.io

Important Note on Financial Data

Our mortgage calculators run entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to any financial figures you enter (loan amounts, interest rates, down payments, etc.).

2. How We Use Your Information

Any data collected is used exclusively for:

  • Improving the user experience and website functionality
  • Serving relevant advertisements via Google AdSense
  • Analyzing traffic patterns to enhance content

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, and for nothing else. Ad personalization signals and Google signals are switched off in our configuration, and every optional data-sharing setting is disabled in our Google Analytics account. As a result, Analytics data is not used for Google's product improvement, advertising personalization, or business-recommendation features, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences. This statement applies to Analytics only — the advertising cookies described in section 6 are separate, and section 7 explains how to opt out of personalized advertising.

We do not transfer your information to any other third party, and we never sell it. Sections 7 and 8 explain how to limit advertising and analytics cookies.

4. Affiliate Relationships

Some links on MortgagePro.io are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you click the link and take a qualifying action, such as applying for a loan or subscribing to a service. These commissions help support the operation of this website at no additional cost to you, and they never influence our editorial content. For more details, please see our Disclosure & Disclaimer.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. MortgagePro uses three kinds:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to load and function correctly. These are always active.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4, used to count visits and understand which pages are useful. Data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you, and it is never used for advertising (see section 3).
  • Advertising cookies — set by Google AdSense and its partners to select and measure ads, as described in section 6.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising as described in section 7. Blocking cookies does not affect the calculators — every calculation runs locally in your browser.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on our own behalf; advertising cookies on this site are set by Google, and you can opt out using the links in section 7. 11. Do Not Track Signals

Our website does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, you can control the use of cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising using the links in section 7.

12. Children's Privacy

MortgagePro is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

13. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data collected, and the site is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
